Hi everyone. Today i went for leadership series with Janet and Li Suan. Quite a number from our class too. I'm greatly inspired by the speech and the veidos so how leadership quality in many ways. To the extend that i even went to look for Mr Boo to ask him if he could send me the files..keke..Jasmine think i got something wrong..haha..[Serve to lead]
- Look after their needs. ( See, how lucky they are...whatever we do is for their benefit and protecting their interest.)
- Help them make a better future for themselves. ( totally agree on this..playing instruments can even find you a job in SCO or teaching students to earn living..its the skills that lead them to greater heights and flexibility when finding jobs)
- Care for them. ( Yah. care and concern help to improve relationships and to accept one another differences. Make the place welcoming for them. Very much like a second home for them...)
- DO not control them. ( So true..I myself dont like to be controlled. Yet in some ways..being controlled is better to control people in a community..dunnoe...Maybe this is something to do with the tone we use and body language. Do i control too much?)
- You persuade them and convince them. ( Yeap..something i need to work towards to...I wonder how persuasive i can be...More like how lawyers work nowadays..hm..can anyone give me some clue?haha)
Hao lah..i know i very luo Suo. Hahaha..Seriously..do i sound so Pressurised? haha...Above is all i want to share with you guys. No matter if you are a leader a not or in the committee..it would benefit hehe..yeap!
I like the sky a lot. Just looking at the sky can make me forget all the trouble. yeap. Blue and whitish...simply. How many of us do observe that as often? hehe...So..right now as you are reading...think of something pleasant. Dont let the unevenful day dragged you down. Cause, Walking out of this haze would greatly make life a smiley one..hehe...yup yup. So what you are waiting..SMILE!!=)=)=)
